About The Role:
This is an excellent opportunity to advance your skills as you join a community-based pharmacy that prioritizes work-life balance. located in A shopping complex with multiple supermarkets. Your responsibilities will encompass the day-to-day management of the dispensary, which includes providing counseling to customers, managing stock orders, and monitoring inventory. You’ll collaborate with a core team of 22 permanent staff, working across the dispensary and front of shops, including 4 Pharmacists and 3 dispensing technicians, no robots. You will be expected to be able to pick up the phone or do an emergency weekend cover if required. Heavy focus on professional services
- Scripts per day: 500
- Dispense: MINFOS
- Vaccinations: Yes
- Full-time permanent position. Roster includes every Saturday and alternating Sundays.
- Part-time permanent position also available.
- Trading hours: Monday to Wednesday and Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, Thursday from 8:30 am to 7:00 pm, Saturday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, and Sunday from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm
To Be Successful In This Role:
- Bachelor of Pharmacy
- Current registration with AHPRA
- Great communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
- Attention to detail
- A genuine desire to build and maintain a strong rapport with the community
- A vaccination certificate is a must
