Salary and Benefits:

• Hourly rate: $65 Monday to Friday, $70 Saturday and $75 on Sundays. Negotiable according to experience

About The Role:

This is a great opportunity to join a community-based Pharmacy that offers an excellent work-life balance.  Your responsibilities will involve counseling customers, stock ordering, and control. You will work alongside a team that includes pharmacy students, retail Managers, dispensary technicians, and stock controllers.

• Scripts per day: 500 – 600
• Pharmacotherapy: Yes
• Nursing Home: Yes
• People leader – take the lead, unite the team
• Webster: around 130 MyPak – packed by Dispe tech, checked by Pharmacist
• Trading hours: Monday to Friday: 8 am to 7 pm, Saturday and Sunday: 8 am to 5 pm

To Be Successful In This Role:

• Full & unrestricted AHPRA registration
• Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
• Experience in high dispensary volume
• Exceptional communication & interpersonal skills 
• Excellent product knowledge 
• Strong leadership skills required
• Have clear and achievable KPIs target
• Drive to grow your career in Pharmacy
• Ability to work well within a team and independently 
• A genuine passion for the industry 
• Tertiary qualification in Pharmacy
