About The Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to further develop your skills and become part of a community-based pharmacy that values work-life balance. As a crucial member of the team, your responsibilities will encompass the day-to-day management of the dispensary. This includes counseling customers, handling stock orders, and monitoring inventory. You will be supported by 1 Technician and 3 Pharmacy Assistants depending on the location. The store also offers services such as DAA, Vaccination, and Sleep Apnoea.

To Be Successful In This Role:
- Bachelor of Pharmacy
- Current General Registration as a pharmacist (without conditions or undertakings) with AHPRA, is required
- Current Immunisation Certification and completion of all required immunisation training
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Strong and effective communication skills
- Experience in leading and developing others
- Thorough understanding of financial metrics and ability to develop successful business strategies
- Demonstrable experience in management of a pharmacy, with problem solving and excellent customer service skills.
- Goal Orientated
- Possess strong work ethic and high level of professionalism
- You must have the right to live and work in Australia to apply for this job
