About The Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to further develop your skills and become part of a community-based pharmacy that values work-life balance. As a crucial member of the team, your responsibilities will encompass the day-to-day management of the dispensary. This includes counseling customers, handling stock orders, and monitoring inventory. You will be supported by 1 Technician and 3 part time Pharmacy Assistants as well as another full-time Pharmacy Assistantstant. there also a part time Pharmacist who does 2 days per week.  depending on the location. The store also offers services such as DAA, Vaccination, and Sleep Apnoea.

• Propouse roster:  38hrs Wednesday-Saturday with Wednesday being a half day.
• Trading hours:  Monday to Sunday from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm.

To Be Successful In This Role:

• Bachelor of Pharmacy
• Current General Registration as a pharmacist (without conditions or undertakings) with AHPRA, is required
• Current Immunisation Certification and completion of all required immunisation training
• Strong and effective communication skills
• Experience in leading and developing others
• Thorough understanding of financial metrics and ability to develop successful business strategies
• Demonstrable experience in management of a pharmacy, with problem solving and excellent customer service skills.
• Goal Orientated
• Vaccination certificate
