About The Role:
This opportunity allows you to further develop your skills and become part of a community-based pharmacy that strongly emphasises work-life balance. As a valuable team member, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the dispensary, including counseling customers, stock ordering, and monitoring inventory. You will run the compounding team of 5 compounding technicians.

- Scripts per day:150
- Vaccinations: Yes
- Pharmacotherapy: Yes
- Compounding services: Yes
- Roster: Monday to Friday – flexible start and finish but it will be 9 am to 5 pm ish
- Trading hours: Monday to Sunday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
To Be Successful In This Role:
- Bachelor of Pharmacy
- Current registration with AHPRA
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- A genuine desire to build and maintain a strong rapport with the community
- Ability to address client needs with sensitivity and professionalism
- Must be qualified compounder, with a wide range of compounding skills (non-sterile)
- Vaccination certificate is required
