Whales are still popular, and throughout the winter months, can be viewed during the annual migration to warmer waters. The pharmacy is located 4 hours drive Southwest of Melbourne

 

Salary and Benefits:

About The Role:

This is an excellent opportunity to further develop your skills and become an integral part of a community-based pharmacy that prioritizes work-life balance. Your daily responsibilities will encompass vital tasks such as dispensing medications, providing essential patient counseling, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals. You will be part of a dedicated team including 6 pharmacy assistants, and 2 dispensary technicians.

  • Hours per week: 40
  • Days per week: 5 – 6
  • Scripts per day: 335
  • Dispense: Z
  • Professional services: DAA, ORT, Vaccinations, Nursing home, Home Medicines Review, Sleep Apnoea consultation, Medscheck, NDSS, Blood pressure, Vaccination
  • Methadone: Yes
  • Trading hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 am – 7:00 pm, Saturday 9:00 am – 3:00 pm, Sunday closed

 

To Be Successful In This Role:

  • Bachelor of Pharmacy
  • Current registration with AHPRA
  • Great communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • A genuine desire to build and maintain a strong rapport with the community
  • Vaccination certificate required but not essential
