About The Role:

This opportunity allows you to further develop your skills and become part of a community-based pharmacy that places a strong emphasis on work-life balance. As a valuable team member, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the dispensary, including counseling customers, stock ordering, and monitoring inventory. You will work alongside a complement of staff  (core team of 15), including dispensing technicians, and Retail staff. You will be a Pharmacist in charge for some shifts, but always at least 1 Dispense Technician plus a full complement of retail staff.

  • Compounding services: Yes
  • Flexible roster: need to be able to work every second Sunday shift
  • Trading hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Saturdays from 9:00 to 5:00 pm, and Sundays from 10:00 to 3:00 pm

To Be Successful In This Role:

  • Bachelor of Pharmacy
  • Current registration with AHPRA
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • A genuine desire to build and maintain a strong rapport with the community
  • Ability to address client needs with sensitivity and professionalism
