  • Dispense: FRED
  • Complete medication reconciliation for hospital inpatients
  • Manage ward-based clinical services
  • Coordinate medication supply for inpatients, a day cente, and discharge
  • Education counselling and information for patients, nurses, and medical staff
  • Work as part of the multi-disciplinary healthcare team to provide exceptional levels of care for our patients
  • Opportunity to partake in the SHPA Residency Program
  • Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. No weekends or public holidays

To Be Successful In This Role:

  • Ability to multi-task through the busy periods of the day
  • Drive to grow your career in Pharmacy
  • Ability to work well within a team and independently 
  • Full & unrestricted AHPRA registration
  • Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
  • Exceptional communication & interpersonal skills 
  • Excellent product knowledge 
  • Relevant Australian pharmacy experience in either community, aged care, or hospital pharmacy. Fred dispense experience an advantage but not essential
