About the Position:
opportunity to step into the highly specialised area of Oncology and Clinical Trials in a leadership role where your skills will directly contribute to delivering life-saving treatments and cutting-edge clinical trials. Don’t worry, even if you’re new to Oncology or Clinical Trials, you’ll be supported by experienced mentors and receive hands-on training to thrive in this specialised setting. You will:
- Lead and manage Pharmacy operations and team performance
- Provide clinical oversight and ensure safe, effective medication management
- Support and mentor a team of Pharmacists and Technicians
- Collaborate with on-site Oncologists, Nurses, and Allied Health professionals
- Oversee compliance with regulatory and quality standards
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in pharmacy services
- Support the delivery of clinical trials and compounding services
To Be Successful In This Role:
- Current AHPRA general registration as a Pharmacist.
- Minimum 5 years of Pharmacist experience in an Australian setting, with demonstrated leadership and team management experience.
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- The ability to build effective relationships with Clinicians and Hospital Executives
- A proactive mindset with a focus on growth and innovation
- Pharmacy experience in Oncology, Clinical Trials, or Compounding.
- Hospital Pharmacy experience.
