About The Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Pharmacist Manager to join our team. As the Pharmacist Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our Pharmacy and ensure that our customers receive the highest quality care. You will join a friendly and experienced team to provide exceptional and professional services to the community.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and support the Pharmacy team to ensure the proper and efficient running of the dispensary
  • Ensure all Pharmacy operations comply with legal and professional standards;
  • Oversee inventory management, ordering and stock control
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure that customer’s needs are met
  • Provide clinical services such as medication reviews and vaccinations
  • Work closely with other healthcare professionals in the local community
  • Manage financial performance and ensure that the Pharmacy meets budgetary goals
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow the business and improve customer engagement.

To Be Successful In This Role:

  • Bachelor of Pharmacy
  • Current registration with AHPRA
  • Essential – Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident of Australia;
  • Desirable – Immunisation certification
  • Desirable – Retail Pharmacy industry experience;
  • Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with patients and allied health professionals
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service;
  • Empathetic nature and understanding of people’s needs
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
