About The Role:

As Pharmacy Manager at Gambier Village Pharmacy, you’ll lead a dedicated team and oversee daily pharmacy operations. This full-time role requires flexibility to work every second Saturday.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading and mentoring a team of pharmacists, technicians, and retail staff.
• Driving professional services, community engagement, and customer satisfaction.
• Managing budgets, stock control, and store performance to achieve KPIs.
• Ensuring full compliance with QCPP and 8CPA professional service standards.
• Providing high-quality patient care through clinical advice, dispensing, and medication reviews.

To Be Successful In This Role:

• Bachelor of Pharmacy
• Current registration with AHPRA
• Proven experience in pharmacy management or leadership.
• Great communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
• Strong skills in communication, team development, and workflow management.
• Current Police Check and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Vaccination accreditation and a genuine commitment to improving community health.
