About The Role:

As Pharmacy Manager  you’ll lead a small but vital community pharmacy. Your role will include:

• Delivering accurate dispensing and trusted patient consultations
• Expanding services including vaccinations, health checks, and reviews
• Building community connections and ensuring a patient-first focus
• Managing budgets, KPIs, and fostering a supportive team culture

To Be Successful In This Role:

• Bachelor of Pharmacy
• Current registration with AHPRA
• Great communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• A genuine desire to build and maintain a strong rapport with the community
• Current AHPRA registration and Working with Children Check
• Knowledge of 8CPA services, DAA’s, and QCPP compliance
• Experience in managing budgets and wages
• Vaccination training and current Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
