About The Role:
As a Pharmacy Manager, you will do more than just dispense medications. You will lead a team, engage with the community, and deliver innovative healthcare solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Medication Management: Ensure precise dispensing and manage medication therapy to optimize patient health outcomes.
- Expert Consultations: Provide expert advice, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and deliver exceptional patient care.
- Specialized Services: Expand your practice with services like vaccinations, health screenings, and medication reviews.
- Community Engagement: Host wellness events, workshops, and support groups, making the pharmacy a trusted healthcare destination.
- Leadership: Lead by example, manage budgets, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Prepare KPI reports, budget trackers, and strategic business plans
- Trading hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, Saturday 8:30 am to 5 pm. Sunday: closed
To Be Successful in This Role:
- Bachelor of Pharmacy
- Current registration with AHPRA
- Great communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
- Great attention to detail
- A genuine desire to build and maintain a strong rapport with the community
- Current AHPRA Registration & Working with Children Check
- Experience with 8CPA professional services, DAA’s, and QCPP regulations
- Skills in budget, wages, and GP management
- Vaccination training
- Current Police Check or willingness to obtain one
