About The Role:

This opportunity invites you to further develop your skills and become an integral part of a community-based pharmacy dedicated to offering an excellent work-life balance. As a valuable team member, your daily responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks, including counseling customers, focusing on customer engagement and having supportive conversations during dispensing, providing care clinic services, and maintaining control over the dispensary. Your role will require you to work in the larger, primary of two different stores, allowing you to gain diverse experiences. You’ll work alongside a well-supported staff team, including Dispense Technicians always rostered on, ensuring a smooth and productive work environment.

• Scripts per day: 250 – 300 depending on holidays/events, etc
• Dispense: MINFOS
• Webster Packing: no packing just checking
• Pharmacotherapy: No
• No aged care of opioid substitution
• Vaccination: Yes
• Trading hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm,  Saturday from 9:30 am to 3:00 pm, and Sunday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm

To Be Successful In This Role:

• Bachelor of Pharmacy
• Current registration with AHPRA
• Great communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
• Attention to details
• A genuine desire to build and maintain a strong rapport with the community
• Vaccination certificate required
