Salary and Benefits:

​About the Role:

This is a great opportunity to develop your skills further and join a community-based pharmacy offering excellent work-life balance. Dispensing medications and counselling patients will be among your daily responsibilities. The Pharmacist Manager will lead the team in providing exceptional customer service, optimising inventory management, and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance the pharmacy’s performance and growth working closely with our experienced Retail Manager. Within your role you will minimise risk by ensuring all professional and legislative requirements are met, and any discrepancies are reported promptly.  This position requires a commitment to continuous professional development and fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment. You will work with 2 other Pharmacists. Full dispensary staff (DTs and robots). You might be required to work as a sole pharmacist sometimes (supported by DT) on weekends if working. Team of 25 members.

  • Trading hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, Thursday: 8 am to 7 pm, Saturday from 8:30 am to 5 pm, and Sunday from 10 am to 3 pm

To Be Successful In This Role:

  • Bachelor of Pharmacy
  • Current registration with AHPRA
  • Experience in a busy pharmacy or the ability to adapt to a busy pace
  • Ability to address client needs with sensitivity and professionalism
  • Excellent communication skills –verbal and counselling–
  • Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
  • A genuine desire to build and maintain a strong rapport with the community
  • Provide quality care services
  • Vaccination certificate essential
