About The Role:

You’ll collaborate with a dedicated and extremely experienced team, that has a strong team-first culture within the Pharmacy, including 4 technicians and 6 pharmacy assistants.

• Medication Management: Ensure precise dispensing and manage medication therapy to optimize patient health outcomes.
• Expert Consultations: Provide expert advice, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and deliver exceptional patient care.
• Specialized Services: Expand your practice with services like vaccinations, health screenings, and medication reviews.
• Community Engagement: Host wellness events, workshops, and support groups, making the pharmacy a trusted healthcare destination.
• Leadership: Lead by example, manage budgets, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Prepare KPI reports, budget trackers, and strategic business plans.
