About The Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to take the next step in your career and become part of a community-based pharmacy that strongly emphasizes maintaining an outstanding work-life balance. You’ll be leading a team of two pharmacists and 2 part-time assistants, and you will be responsible for the day-to-day tuning of the dispensary.

• Scrips per day: 200-220
• Dispense: FRED and LOTS
• Pharmacist: 2
• Assistants: 2 (part-time)
• Full-time dispense manager
• Webster pack
• Immunizations
• Pharmacotherapy: No
• Hours: roster alternates weekends, Monday 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Saturday 9.30 am to 1:00 pm, Sunday 9:00 am to 12:00 pm
• Trading hours: Monday to Friday: 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Saturday: 8:00 am to 1:00 pm, Sunday: 9:00 am to 1:00 pm

To Be Successful In This Role:

• Bachelor of Pharmacy
• Unrestricted current registration with AHPRA
• Commitment to helping grow our medicinal cannabis dispensing
• Understanding of the new 8CPA agreement
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills
• Attention to detail
• A genuine desire to build and maintain a strong rapport with the community
