Salary and Benefits:

About The Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Manager looking to learn more about running a pharmacy or for a Pharmacist in charge ready to step up and join a community-based pharmacy that prioritizes work-life balance. As a valuable member of our experienced and dedicated team, you will collaborate closely with 8 – 10 staff per shift including interns, students, dispensing technicians, and general pharmacy staff. No sole pharmacist shifts

- Trading hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Fridays from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm, Thursday: from 8:30 am to 7 pm, Saturday: from 8:30 to 5:30 and Sunday from 09:30 am to 5 pm
To Be Successful In This Role:
- Bachelor of Pharmacy
- Current registration with AHPRA
- You are passionate about community pharmacy and are looking to share your commitment and service offerings, particularly in clinical care.
- Have leadership experience and the right attitude.
- Great communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- A genuine desire to build and maintain a strong rapport with the community
