About the Role:

Join one of Australia’s leading medicinal cannabis dispensary chains renowned for providing patient-centred care and dedicated to advancing health outcomes through innovative and personalised pharmacy services. You will be looking after a team of 3 other pharmacists and 3 pharmacy assistants.

• Lead Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the dispensary, manage dispensary staff and ensure smooth workflow
• Patient Care: Provide exceptional service, including consultations to guide patients through their medicinal cannabis journey.
• Maintain compliance: Ensure adherence to state and federal regulations, including medicinal cannabis legislation.
• Team Leadership: Train, mentor and support your team to deliver outstanding care and service.
• Inventory management: Oversee stock control, including ordering and storage of medicinal cannabis products.
• Scripts per day: 150-200
• Trading hours: Monday – Friday: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Saturday 9.00 am to 1:00 pm. You may need  to cover a shift or two on Saturdays

To Be Successful In This Role:

• Qualifications: AHPRA registration as a pharmacist.
• Experience: At least 4 years of experience in pharmacy (experience working with medicinal cannabis is highly regarded).
• Leadership: Proven ability to manage teams and foster a collaborative work environment.
• Customer Focus: Passionate about delivering patient-centred care.
