About The Role:
The Pharmacist Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the pharmacy both dispensary and front of shop, ensuring the delivery of high-quality pharmaceutical services to patients and clients. This role involves managing staff, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, and achieving financial and operational targets. The Pharmacist Manager will lead the team in providing exceptional customer service, optimising inventory management, and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance the pharmacy’s performance and growth working closely with our experienced Retail Manager and Group Pharmacy Manager. Within your role you will minimise risk by ensuring all professional and legislative requirements are met, and any discrepancies are reported promptly. This position requires a commitment to continuous professional development and fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment. You’ll work collaboratively with a skilled team, which includes a Stock Controller, Retail Coordinator, and two Dispense Technicians.

- Permanent full-time position, Monday-Friday 9 am-5:30 pm and Saturday 9 am-12pm

- Bachelor of Pharmacy
- Current registration with AHPRA
- Great communication skills
