The pharmacy is located around 1 hour 15 minutes drive from Kempsey, NSW; and around 1 hour by flight from Sydney, NSW.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to advance your skills while contributing to a community-based pharmacy committed to an outstanding work-life balance. We operate a forward pharmacy model with a Willach robot and Fred Dispense and POS. Your daily responsibilities will encompass dispensing medications and offering valuable counseling to patients. You will work alongside other 2-3 pharmacists, 2 dispensing technicians, and 3 pharmacy assistants.

• Hours per week: 38 – 42
• Scripts per day: 400
• Roster: 40 hours/week over a Mon-Sun rotational schedule, with 2 days off (some weekends required)
• Dispense: FRED
• Professional services: ORT, Vaccinations, medscheck
• Trading hours: Monday to Saturday from 8:00 am to 6:30 pm, Sun/Public Holidays 9:00am-5:00pm

To Be Successful In This Role:

• Bachelor of Pharmacy
• Current registration with AHPRA
• Great communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Great attention to detail
• A genuine desire to build and maintain a strong rapport with the community
• Vaccination certificate required
• 2 years of experience required
