About the Role:
Step into the world of community pharmacy and embark on an exciting journey with a supportive and innovative organization committed to growth. As a leader in this role, you will guide the pharmacy staff in delivering exceptional customer service. Your primary focus will be staff supervision and fostering team morale, all while contributing to the pharmacy’s evolution into a healthcare destination. Here, you’ll provide a range of high-quality professional services and advice. Collaborate with a team consisting of 1 Technician and 2 Shop Assistants, and together, you’ll drive success and elevate the pharmacy’s impact on the community.
- Hours per week: 40 plus 2 overtime hours
- Scripts per day: 100
- Dispense: FRED
- Roster: Monday to Friday and every second Saturday
To Be Successful In This Role:
- Bachelor of Pharmacy
- Current registration with AHPRA
- Be an effective and inspiring leader
- Great communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
- A genuine desire to build and maintain a strong rapport with the community
