About the Role:
As a Pharmacist at one of our Ballarat Pharmacies, you will:
- Deliver outstanding customer service and a high level of patient care
- Dispense and supply medications in line with legal and professional requirements
- Foster customer loyalty by building strong relationships and offering expert health counselling and clinical interventions
- Lead innovation in healthcare and embrace change
To Be Successful In This Role:
- Bachelor of Pharmacy
- Current registration with AHPRA
- Be an effective and inspiring leader
- Great communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
- A genuine desire to build and maintain a strong rapport with the community
- Skilled in clinical pharmacy with a passion for ongoing professional development.
- Customer-focused, with excellent counselling and patient interaction skills.
- A proactive problem solver with the ability to make sound decisions in fast-paced environments.
- Able to prioritise tasks and manage your own workload effectively.
- A strong communicator, both verbally and in writing.
- Has personal values aligned with our Guiding Principles as outlined on ufs.com.au.
- Desirable: immunisation accreditation, and any relevant extended training in the pharmacy field.
