​About the Role:

As a Pharmacist at one of our Ballarat Pharmacies, you will:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and a high level of patient care
  • Dispense and supply medications in line with legal and professional requirements
  • Foster customer loyalty by building strong relationships and offering expert health counselling and clinical interventions
  • Lead innovation in healthcare and embrace change

To Be Successful In This Role:

  • Bachelor of Pharmacy
  • Current registration with AHPRA
  • Be an effective and inspiring leader
  • Great communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
  • A genuine desire to build and maintain a strong rapport with the community
  • Skilled in clinical pharmacy with a passion for ongoing professional development.
  • Customer-focused, with excellent counselling and patient interaction skills.
  • A proactive problem solver with the ability to make sound decisions in fast-paced environments.
  • Able to prioritise tasks and manage your own workload effectively.
  • A strong communicator, both verbally and in writing.
  • Has personal values aligned with our Guiding Principles as outlined on ufs.com.au.
  • Desirable: immunisation accreditation, and any relevant extended training in the pharmacy field.
