About the Role:
This is an excellent opportunity to further develop your skills and become an integral part of a community-based pharmacy that values work-life balance. Your daily responsibilities will include dispensing medications and counseling patients. This role will primarily focus on serving the Aged Care sector within the pharmacy, catering to elderly individuals, families, and nursing home patients.
You will collaborate with a supportive and dedicated team that is committed to providing holistic health solutions for the community. Additionally, for the right candidate, this role may involve overseeing the Pharmacy and the Aged Care Department, stepping into a store management role.
You will work alongside a team consisting of one full-time Pharmacist, two part-time Pharmacists, two Technicians, and one Pharmacy Assistant.

- Scripts per week: 400-500

- Nursing Home: Yes, servicing 8 nursing homes
- Programs used: Webstercare and Best Health. The store has a packing robot
- Trading hours: Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. Saturday and Sunday are closed
- Roster: Monday from 8 am to 4 pm, Tuesday from 8:30 am to 4 pm, Wednesday from 8:30 am to 4 pm, Thursday from 8:30 am to 4 pm and Friday from 8:30 am to 4 pm
To Be Successful In This Role:
- Bachelor of Pharmacy
- Current registration with AHPRA
- Ability to address client needs with sensitivity and professionalism
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- A genuine desire to build and maintain a strong rapport with the community
- Provide quality care services
- Aged care experience – Desirable
- Training and ongoing support will be provided
